On Friday Terling School entered the FIRST Girls Tag Rugby Tournament in Maldon

8 children attended from years 3 and 4 and most of them had never played the game. They played amazingly and came 3rd out of 6 teams. We are so proud of their achievement and thank you to parents for transporting them to the event.

‘I wanted to send my thanks for supporting the girls to enter the tag rugby today. We had 8 girls 6 of which turned up having never played before and they all loved it and had a great time.

I wanted to send my thanks for encouraging them to do this and offering them this varied experience. We were the only school from this area and I am proud Emma is at your school who enters them into these events and takes advantage of these opportunities’

The year 5 and 6 girls also had an amazing afternoon and came 5th out of 7 teams.
